Pointer wrapping from right to left; make it stop!
After installing a proprietary (nvidia) driver for my Samsung notebook, the mouse pointer started wrapping from the right side of the screen to the left. I went back to nouveau after purging the nvidia driver (and reinstalling almost everything to do with X, compiz and Unity), but the mouse wrap is still happening.
There's nothing in the /etc/X11 folder that would indicate how to change this setting, and no options in (Unity|gnome|compiz|system) settings mention it.
Has anyone experienced this, and more importantly, fixed it?
