Should source files be kept and read only from an easily destructible portable disk?
If it's possible for an intrusion to read from the fixed disk, and deleted source used to compile the server where the password storage security is kept raw is undeleted and read, should source code be kept on an easily destructible portable disk like a usb flash drive?
If so, can linux or any other OS store the source in memory only?
